Bermuda Awards:

The following awards are available from the RSB:

The Worked All Bermuda Award is awarded to any amateur radio operator, worldwide, who confirms contact with a Bermuda amateur in each of the nine parishes on the island. Verification will be valid copies of QSL cards from the local operators. The award is a very lovely map of Bermuda, signed by the Governor in power at that time and is provided free of charge.

The Worked 100 VP9 Award is awarded to any amateur radio operator, worldwide, who confirms contact with 100 different Bermuda amateurs, including portable stations. Verification will be by valid copies of QSL cards from the local or portable operators. The award is a wooden plaque with gold bar and is provided free of charge.

The Floral Pageant 40/80 Award is awarded to any local VP9 operator who is a member in good standing with the RSB. The award is given to promote activity on the 40m and 80m ham bands.

The VP9GE 10/15 Award is awarded to any local VP9 operator who is a member in good standing with the RSB. The award is given to promote activity on the 10m and 15m ham bands and has been donated by Ed Kelly, VP9GE.

The VP9DL DX Award is awarded to any local VP9 operator who is a member in good standing with the RSB. The award is given to promote DX activity on all ham bands and has been donated by John Swainson, VP9DL.

The Amateur of the Year Award is awarded to the local VP9 operator who has, in any financial year, given outstanding service to the Radio Society of Bermuda, amateur radio in general, or to the Bermudian community through his/her activity in amateur radio.
